Project Nagvaak
Nickel, Vanadium Cobalt, Copper, Silver, and PGMs
The Nagvaak project was first identified in 1972 during airborne geophysical surveys completed by Aquitaine Ltd, performed as a part of a regional exploration program for uranium on the Melville Peninsula.
A 6-km long, 400-meter-wide zone with high grades of a unique combination of elements (vanadium, nickel, copper, cobalt, molybdenum, zinc, silver, platinum group elements and gold).
Aquitaine further investigated the target for its zinc potential, however it was deemed uneconomic and abandoned.
BHP entered into the area exploring the project area for zinc in 1995, and performed additional geophysics, mapping and till sampling; the target was deemed uneconomic in zinc and abandoned again in 1996.
StrategX compiled the assessment reports from previous exploration efforts and identified anomalous values for several commodities other than zinc from historical data. Surface sampling by StrategX confirmed the existence of high grades of other metals that were not previously recognized , now considered extremely important due to the rapidly increasing demand for energy transition metals (critical minerals).
The Nagvaak property represents an excellent addition to the Company’s portfolio on the Melville Peninsula preparing its path on making discoveries that will contribute to providing a source required for the ongoing rapid transition to electric vehicles and renewable energies. StrategX envisions that more targets will continue to be developed as exploration continues on the Melville Peninsula.

Notes:
1. The drill core was logged, and 1-metre samples were taken and sent to SRC Labs, Saskatoon. The individual sample results can be seen on the Company’s website and include drill core photos. The quality of the stored core was excellent- intervals were intact.
2. CuEq: Copper equivalent calculation uses copper price of $8,000/tonne. CuEq uses the following formula: CuEq = Cu% + (V2O5% X 2.125) + (Ni% X 3.125) + (Zn% X 0.3625) + (Mo% X 5.8125) + (Ag g/t X 0.0085) + (PGE+Au g/t X 0.622875); NiEq: Nickel equivalent calculation uses nickel price of $25,000/tonne, NiEq uses the following formula: NiEq = Ni% + (V2O5% X 0.6800) + (Cu% X 0.320) + (Zn% X 0.116) + (Mo% X 1.860) + (Ag g/t X 0.00272) + (PGE+Au X 0.19932); and V2O5 equivalent calculation uses price of $17,000/tonne. V2O5Eq uses the following formula: V2O5Eq = V2O5% + (Ni% X 1.4705) + (Zn% X 0.8.6207) + (Mo% X 0.5376) +(Ag g/t X 0.00400) + (PGE+ Au g/t X 0.293118), The other metal prices used: zinc price of $2,900/tonne, molybdenum price of $46,500/tonne, silver price of $21/oz, and PGE+Au uses average price of $1,550/Oz (Pt-Pd-Au). All prices are in US$,.and assumes a 100% metallurgical recovery for all commodities.

Notes:
1. The drill core was logged, and 1-metre samples were taken and sent to SRC Labs, Saskatoon. The individual sample results canbe seen on the Company’s website and include drill core photos. The quality of the stored core was excellent- intervals were intact.
2. CuEq: Copper equivalent calculation uses copper price of $8,000/tonne. CuEq uses the following formula: CuEq = Cu% + (V2O5% X 2.125) + (Ni% X 3.125) + (Zn% X 0.3625) + (Mo% X 5.8125) + (Ag g/t X 0.0085) + (PGE+Au g/t X 0.622875)
NiEq: Nickel equivalent calculation uses nickel price of $25,000/tonne, NiEq uses the following formula: NiEq = Ni% + (V2O5% X 0.6800) + (Cu% X 0.320) + (Zn% X 0.116) + (Mo% X 1.860) + (Ag g/t X 0.00272) + (PGE+Au X 0.19932)).
V2O5 equivalent calculation uses price of $17,000/tonne. V2O5Eq uses the following formula: V2O5Eq = V2O5% + (Ni% X 1.4705) + (Zn% X 0.8.6207) + (Mo% X 0.5376) +(Ag g/t X 0.00400) + (PGE+Au g/t X 0.293118)
The other metal prices used: zinc price of $2,900/tonne, molybdenum price of $46,500/tonne, silver price of $21/oz, and PGE+Au uses average price of $1,550/Oz (Pt-Pd-Au).
All prices are in US$.Assumes a 100% metallurgical recovery for all commodities.

*Note: PGE’s + Au are not included in the NiEq* calculation. Includes nickel price of US$22,000/tonne, V2O5 price of US$21,000/tonne, Cu price of US$9,500/tonne, Zn price of US$3,500/tonne, Mo price of US$44,000/tonne, and Ag price of US$23/oz. NiEq* formula uses the following formula: NiEq* = Ni % + (V205% X 0.9545) + (Cu % X 0.4318) + (Zn % X 0.1591) + (Mo % X 2.000) + (Ag Oz X 0.0010).
